The residence is a large, yet cozy Victorian-style home with spacious bedrooms and individual therapy rooms. Numerous common areas offer a welcoming environment for group functions. The stunning yard features several large-covered porches with sitting areas, a koi pond with waterfalls, spa tub, gardens and a horseback riding rink and stable.

The specialization of The Life Healing Center is treatment of traumatic issues and experiences. Additionally we offer extended care for chemical dependency, eating disorders, love/sex addiction, co-dependency, mood disorders and relapse prevention. Our treatment program is intensive, experiential and depth oriented. Clients who are best prepared for our facility have a strong foundation in the therapeutic process and have had previous therapy to address the behavioral and educational aspects of their self defeating behaviors. If a client is on psychotropic medications, we do ask that they are stable and compliant with their medication protocol prior to admission.

We work with men and women who are 18 years of age or older and have had previous inpatient or outpatient therapy. Clients who come to The Life Healing Center can expect to focus on the underlying emotional issues and experiences as a way to understand how current issues, relapse patterns and behaviors are being perpetuated by those experiences. Clients are empowered to make healthy choices and changes in their lives which greatly increases the chance for long term recovery and healing.
